DATA PROTECTION AUTHORIZATION
By clicking on the Agree button below, I hereby authorize FFA (“Football Foundation for Africa”) to collect, process and publish my personal data filled out on the application form in accordance with the FFA Privacy Policy, on any restricted or pubic website maintained by the FFA. This includes storing my personal data in a file system or database for the purposes of the organization and celebration of the Africa Football Business Summit, which will be held in Kigali, Rwanda on 14th and 15th September 2022.
I am aware that my authorized personal data can be consulted by anyone having access to the FFA websites.

We recognize that users of the Internet want to share information with others. We therefore permit limited republishing and redistribution of FFA content as set out below provided that this does not create a substitute for the Football Foundation for Africa’s own products or services. We define a substitute as a product or service that reduces the need for users or other third parties to pay for FFA content directly, or which creates revenue from the FFA’s content to the detriment of the FFA’s own ability to generate revenues from that content.
As long as you do not create a substitute, you may do the following:
Publish online, the original FFA headline and a link to the article and the first 140 characters of an article (what we call teaser text);
Forward the original headlines, links, and teaser text to other individuals;
Download our RSS feeds and view them for your personal use.

Commentary and other materials posted on our site and / or social media are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our site. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Kenyan Law. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
